We are hiring energetic, friendly, and attentive servers to work at Seasons Rotisserie and Grill in Old Town. We provide the freshest ingredients in delicious dishes , the highest quality wine, craft cocktails, microbrews, and a great overall dining experience in a relaxed, casual but elevated setting. We want you to be a part of that experience! We want our servers to reflect that environment and strike a balance between being attentive and not overbearing. Experience in serving is a bonus, but not a requirement - positive attitude and willingness to learn is!
Job Description- Welcome guests as they enter
- Be able to knowledgeably explain menu items to guests and attend tastings and trainings outside of service hours in order to do so
- Take guests’ orders
- Keep track of orders through efficient notes or memorization skills
- Work with kitchen and other assistance staff
- Ensure meals are brought out in a timely manner
- Pay attention to refilling drinks
- Comply with food safety regulations
- Make menu or beveragepairing recommendations when prompted
- Clean off tables as guests leave
- Assist with daily opening and closing sidework
- Be a team player to help out in other areas as needed
- Friendly, warm demeanor
- Good memorization skills
- Ability to collaborate positively with other staff
- Time management, communication, and problem solvingskills
- Attention to detail
- Serving experience is preferred but not required
