We are hiring energetic, friendly, and attentive bartenders to work at Seasons Rotisserie and Grill in Old Town. We provide the freshest ingredients in delicious dishes, the highest quality wine, craft cocktails, microbrews, and a great overall dining experience in a relaxed, casual but elevated setting. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests through your craft cocktails and mocktails, beer & wine knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
Job Description- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and wine selections to guests in a timely manner, while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to your bar guests while multitasking with drink service for the dining guests
- Be able to knowledgeably explain food and beverage menu items to guests and attend tastings and trainings outside of service hours in order to do so
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper stocking of supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, and mixers to be used in cocktails, ensuring their freshness and quality.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages and food
- Assist with daily opening and closing sidework
- Be a team player to help out in other areas as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and spirits, with a passion for expanding that knowledge
- Strong customer service with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess the necessary legal requirements to handle and serve alcoholic beverages
- Good memorization skills
- Ability to collaborate positively with other staff, servers and the kitchen team
- Time management, communication, and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Serving experience is preferred but not required
