Job Description- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the restaurant team, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, to maintain efficient and effective restaurant functioning.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to achieve excellence in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, to achieve profitability targets.
- Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance menus that reflect the Seasons Rotisserie and Grill brand and customer preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated success in financial management and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
