As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, delivering outstanding service, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business growth.

Job Description
  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the restaurant team, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management, to maintain efficient and effective restaurant functioning.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to achieve excellence in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, to achieve profitability targets.
  • Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and enhance menus that reflect the Seasons Rotisserie and Grill brand and customer preferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated success in financial management and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
