We are hiring energetic, friendly, and attentive servers to work at Seasons Rotisserie and Grill in Old Town. We provide the freshest ingredients in delicious dishes , the highest quality wine, craft cocktails, microbrews, and a great overall dining experience in a relaxed, casual but elevated setting. We want you to be a part of that experience! We want our servers to reflect that environment and strike a balance between being attentive and not overbearing. Experience in serving is a bonus, but not a requirement - positive attitude and willingness to learn is!
Job Description
- Welcome guests as they enter
- Become familiar with the food and wine menu
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff
- Evaluate and prioritize server, host and dish assistance and give extra support as needed
- Assist in running food to ensure meals are brought out in a timely manner
- Pay attention to refilling drinks
- Comply with food safety regulations
- Clean off and reset tables as guests leave
- Assist with daily opening and closing side work and prep
